MHA Tracker exists to bring clarity and confidence to ministerial housing allowance management, empowering ministry leaders to be faithful stewards while focusing on what matters most: serving their communities.
We believe every pastor deserves the tools, education, and support to steward well. We are building an ecosystem that gives back by strengthening churches and advancing the Kingdom for generations to come.
That belief comes with a commitment: 50% of our net profits go back to pastors and ministry, funding the churches and leaders who carry that work forward.

Growing up as a pastor's kid, Paul watched his parents navigate the complex world of ministerial housing allowances: overwhelmed by paperwork, unclear regulations, and the constant worry of missing important documentation. For years, he found himself asking, “Shouldn't there be a better way?”
That question became his mission. In more than 12 years serving pastors, churches, and ministry organizations, Paul has guided hundreds of ministry leaders through the intricacies of housing allowances, retirement planning, and ministerial taxation. He has become a trusted voice in an often-overlooked area of ministry support.
But that experience revealed a deeper problem. Even with professional guidance, pastors were still carrying the ongoing administrative weight of tracking receipts, categorizing expenses, and maintaining compliant records year after year. The burden of financial documentation was distracting faithful servants from their calling.
In 2025, Paul stopped asking and started building. MHA Tracker is the result of that professional insight and personal conviction: an intuitive tool that helps pastors and ministry leaders manage their housing allowance with confidence and clarity.
What Paul reviews on this site
Paul reviews the answers in the housing allowance guide, the expense checklist, and the copy on the housing allowance calculator. A page carries his name only once he has reviewed its wording, and the dates on each page say when it was last looked at. How the pages are written, sourced, and corrected is set out in our editorial standards.
